Aluminum elbow covers are designed to fit a combination of pipe and insulation thickness combinations. The covers are precision formed and are sized to cover and weather protect insulated elbows. They are formed from .024" thick, 3003 alloy aluminum to resist electrolytic decomposition and a proprietary composite polyester resin paint system on the outside to resist oxidation. The elbow covers are manufactured to meet ASTM C-450 specification.

Cup Heap Pin with insulation consist of a copper or galvanized coated steel shank partly insulated and firmly crimped on a galvanized steel washer head , with an insulated underhead . It allow the fixing of aluminum faced insulation or wired mattress on sheet metal such as airducts , metal beams , metal industrial equipment etc . in a single operation .Cup Head Pin without insulation is suitable for plain insulation(without aluminum facing) It is used with welding machine .
